At present it is only possible to run larger outdoor events (i.e. over 500 people) provided that Social Distancing is maintained, Covid Secure Guidelines are followed & you have an existing Premises License.

We are currently planning for 2021 on this basis, however if regulations are further reduced that’s great it means we are through the worst and can relax, but if not, we will still be able to run in a safe manner and ensure the 2021 event goes ahead. Whatever happens we have learnt a massive amount over the last 6 months so be assured the safety of our customers and hygiene within our event will be of paramount importance.

To reassure you regarding the steps we are taking for 2021: -

• We are an existing business with a Permanent Premises License, so provided we work in a COVID Secure manner following Government Guidelines we are confident to proceed.

• We have already sold 250 of a 1000 Available Tickets to our 2020 Customers and to ensure the event is still a manageable size as we emerge from the winter period, we will only be making another 250 Tickets available between now and April 1st, 2021.

• All our site documentation, risk assessments etc have already been prepared at the height of the pandemic so most of the work to ensure the event is happy, healthy and good to go is already done.

• Being a small privately owned festival on such a huge site we can adjust our site infrastructure budgets to account for a smaller attendance and still leave the awesome line up in place 😊 We are not about making money you know that!

• Our facilities have always included flushing loos with hot running water etc. & we are one of the few Festivals that allow you to book a Private Portable Loo (With Key) at cost price.

• If "Social Distancing" is still "a thing" in August 2021 we will be operating with fewer people and an enlarged camping area to provide good separation between each group, not that there isn't lots or room anyway & we sincerely hope the world will be on its way to recovery by next summer.
